Free meal for your friend Friend ?


Hope your Friday morning is treating you ok!
I’ve got something pretty cool to share with you.
We just kicked off our “Secret Shopper” program where we are going to give 25 people per month a free meal to come in and have a free meal.
After they are done eating, they’ll share the email we send out with confirmation of date / time of when they plan on coming in and the server will unlock the survey on the page in order for the person to leave their review.
The server / bartender will NOT see the results when they leave – that would make it awkward especially if they didn’t provide the best service.
But we will share all results with staff, leaving the secret shoppers info out of the info.
Our goal is to continue to provide great service and we thought why not create our own secret shopper program and give away some free food.
What would the secret shopper be looking for?
Did your server: Provide name, smile, make suggestions on the menu, tell you our specials for the day, ask if you were a VIP member, etc.
Also: How was the food, drinks, how long did it take, etc.

However, because we don’t want unbiased opinions, no this program is NOT for our very loyal customers who know our staff personally, or that defeats the whole purpose of why we are doing this.
